Do my clients keep their accounts when I move from Booksy?

No. Clients re-register through your new BookNimble portal so we can verify their email. Card details aren't migrated either — clients enter them on their first booking with you.

What about my services, prices, packages and schedule?

You set those up inside BookNimble. Nimble (the Operations agent) handles most of it for you in minutes — tell it what you offer, what it costs, and when you run it, and it builds the menu, the calendar and the packages directly inside the platform.

Are the AI agents really hands-off, or do I have to babysit them?
